Refund policy
All custom pieces are final sale once the order is placed and therefore cannot be returned. Exchanges are only accepted in the case of a defective product. If you need to exchange an item please get in touch with us within 5 days of delivery.
All standard (uncustomized) pieces, we allow 15-days for exchanges from the time of delivery for a product of equal or lesser value.
Retail Therapy Jewelry is not responsible for return shipping charges and cannot refund original shipping charges.
